This set of artwork is a form of tactile meditation on materiality, impermanence, and interconnectedness. Terbuat Dari was made while considering about elongating a life of materials by patching, weaving and mending. It is also to celebrate the roots and the nature that made the materials and our connection to them.

Through this I contemplate; What do these materials remember? How do we stitch together fragments of our lives or heritage? What is preserved, and what decays— and how do both carry meaning?
