on how in the self-improvement cycle, it is important to be aware of changes happening and the realization 

that nothing is permanent. While waiting for the end of time,we need to keep improving, to keep reflecting 

ourselves, fixing things again and so on. But over time, there is the possibility that the opportunity to return 

to that cycle of life, and that it will become smaller until the day where everything ends.
